Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: The seller keep selling and recovering his account
Other details / notes: I contacted NotAsuna about the overwatch account I was selling, I contacted Discord, he gave the account first and I paid for the account, 2 or 3 days later I sell the account used a middleman because it is safer, when we are doing this transaction the middleman realized that they had tried to change the name of the account the owner the same day that I bought what I found strange, in the end I sold the account knowing that if something happened it would be my responsibility. Two days later it comes to my mind that again, so I decided to contact the owner but he had blocked me in Discord, that's when I got scared, and so I was smart and contacted by Skype and I knew he did not know that was my Skype, I said "hello", and he said hi, are u interested in the overwatch account ??? When he told me that, I already knew what was happening, I said yes, and I asked him for the details and they were the same as the account, so he bothered me, and I sent him a message telling him what I was going to do, anyway I put the photos for you to read. At that same moment I realized that I changed the account information and that is why Reus created the dispute against me because he thought that I was the one who changed the information, but I sent him photos as proof and I did a refund, and he believed me. I checked his profile and he has sold the same account several times. I already sent him several messages, making it clear to him what I was going to do and I even gave him three options, if in 12 hours he has not chosen an option I will proceed with what I said in the messages. And I know that you can not force users to verify themselves, but these people make the website less trustworthy and give it a bad reputation. Depending on the decision that I make, if in the future I see any account that match that one im gonna report it.
