Safe to invest ?

Hello

I want to buy an overwatch account with a lot of content in it, like events skins, promotional skins etc ... (approximatively ~ 400 €)

But I want to know if it's safe to invest € when I will get one ?

I'm scared that the owner can reclaim the account afterward.

If he make the steps for reclaiming his account, can I have a chance to keep the account ?? If yes, what are the things that I need to do for maximise my chances ?

IMHO It's always a risk (400 € :O)

You can also recall paypal payments if he recall account

I think I'm going to forget the option of buying an account

I can recall payments for the original transaction, but I want to invest my time and my money in the potential account, so I won't be able to recall any of these microtransactions I'm right ?

Pros:
-If he uses credits, he can recover all of them if the account is recalled.
-EpicNPC arbitration is far more rational than Paypal, which might randomly screw over a buyer.

Cons:
-He has to spend time buying credits and the seller has to spend time selling them, often at a loss.
-If the account is recalled, he still loses any money invested into the account. There's not really a way to defend against this.
