Is TradeGuardian the same as a Middleman?

I'm new to EpicNPC and I want to buy an account for the game I play & just want to make sure I'm being safe before I do. I have seen a few different posts offering "Buy Now (Trade Guardian)" and "Buy with Middleman". Preferably, I would like to use a middleman when making a deal and I was just wondering if I am able to use one if I buy with the option that says "Buy Now (Trade Guardian)".

I have already talked with the seller about it, I was just curious on how it worked. I was also confused, because on that link it shows three different types of services that Trade Guardian offers, and I'm only interested in using a middleman.

I understand that part, I was mainly just wondering if I was able to use a middleman for a listing that has this option:

I have checked it on my own thread, here are the differences. Both 'Buy Now (Trade Guardian)' and 'Buy With Middleman' buttons mean the same thing just the wording is different it appears. When the seller specifies his item price, button 'Buy Now (Trade Guardian)' appears. When the price is not specified, button 'Buy With Middleman' shows up. You should be able to choose which service you want to use (Escrow, Personal Middleman or TG Free) when pressing on either of those buttons if the seller has left all three options unselected. If the seller selected only Escrow and TG Free options you may not be able to use Middleman. EpicNPC should confirm this because it's confusing.
