What is the dispute about? I wanted to buy a league account for my little cousin and I offered him $40 for it and he said ok. (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/1121671-Fast-Sale-l-NA-134-Champions-297-Skins-147-RP-12065-IP-8-Page-l30lv) When I finally sent him the money through paypal he unfriended me on skype and did not reply to the kik msgs for the full account info

I went on my friend skype pretending if he is still selling his account after I sent him the money and he was..Since the beginning he never planned to sell the account, but rather lie and scammed me.
