Your Battle net account needs to be registered with FAKE surname. Go to battle net, log to your account , go to account settings and check name and surname.
In some cases i can buy account with a real name, but you need to be long term member on epicnpc, account has to be originally yours and you need to provide ID and other things.
You should have at least few days of game time up so that character can be checked. I am not able to buy account without active subscription on it.
You do not have to be original owner of account.
