Here are a few tips to avoid a potential ban
Do not bot your new account! Without the proper settings, you will be banned INSTANTLY
Please do not use Nox or Bluestacks, any android emulator, for at least a day or two.
Some accounts get spot checked regularly before and after purchase. It is best not to enjoy your account fully for 3-4 hours after purchase. This will ensure no soft ban, and that there is no suspicion of location.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN BANNED FROM AN IP ON A PREVIOUS ACCOUNT ONCE CHANGE YOUR IP! This will most likely be the most common issue. Niantic also flags IPs, so if you just got your 3 mains banned and you're looking for another account, change your IP or they will catch you! This can usually be done by calling/resetting your ISP and modem, or setting a static IP address on your phone.
They are now banning phones device IDs! Rooting and xposed can circumvent this. Paid rooting tutorials available on request.

The account was leveled to 32.5, in fact it was leveled to almost level 33. It was sniped (There was no promised of 'ton big bangers and 100IVs, everything guaranteed was in the title which you can see on your receipt, I can even screenshot the instance of 100IVs of you asking for them, not that they were on the account, you were even given more than the original amount), it was leveled, and it was banned nearly 2 weeks (I believe 11 days) after even though I sent you a message through selly that we can't offer a warranty on botted after the fact accounts.

You purchased an item at the cost of a level 30 account, received a level 31, and complained until it was nearly 33. My choices here were to take a loss on an account you named and put a team on, or powerlevel, and I bring the cost because this is a big one, you were powerleveled for free, something we charge more than accounts for, just simply because of one typo, it even listed the account in the description but since the title was 1 number off and I tried to make good on you, it turned in to this week long of custom botting for me, followed by complaint after complaint even while doing the service, again, for free.

I don't understand how you can be so quick to complain when you knew the risks of rebotting it in the circumstances you wanted it (as soon as possible, no holds barred, as you put it), but then also complain about it being banned outside of the warranty. I understand that you did not get to use the account as much as you wanted and I did sympathize, I tried to set up schedules with you so you could go out with your friend and use it, and only bot it when it wasn't being used, which again, is not only a security risk but even more work. How much of a loss do you really want me to take until you're happy,e xactly? Even if I gave you another account you'd still complain.

me too unfortunately. I was not able to use my account for even 1 minute and it was banned. Sent several messages asking what to do and how to work out and no responses. Shame as I was defending this seller earlier in this thread :(
I sadly haven't heard from the seller since my account was banned 2 days ago! I have filed a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.
 
Account got banned. I tried to speak with the contact through skype and this website before posting. Sadly, No reply ..
 
been in contact with the seller immidiately after purchase(account info was wrong), he said he'll discuss with partner and didnt get back to me, over 3 days ago.
I guess I'll handle it like the other guy.
 
I got an account yesterday. Change password and username then made some pokemon hunting with friends, after 9 hours account was banned, informed the seller but no reply was received.
 
I buy an account yesterday, I waited for safety until today to logg, and surprise is banned, I guess I'll have to start a dispute paypal

I can't go by random forum names here guys. This isn't the way to get your request handled. Both the Selly website have a query option you can use from the account your purchased with, and e-mail on file, as well as PMing the details of a receipt on here, though it is much easier to handle a verified purchase through selly. E-mails sent to the paypal address are handled by my partner (refunds, payment issues, etc) and selly queries are handled by myself (Verifiable account issues).
 
Ok... So I bought 29-30 grab bag account that was banned 5-6 hours later, and a lvl 30 account with the wrong info. I got a reply on a mail yesterday from the seller saying he's looking into it. I would like to know the status on both accounts please.

I wasn't specifying which was which, as I wouldn't want to hurt anyones rep with assumed information. I see you said you bought the 29-30 grab bag but without a receipt or verification of purchase I can't really do much for you. Please PM me, or better yet, e-mail me at the e-mail I PM you from your paypal e-mail address. Also, if this was for the 29-30 grab bag, check your spam folder and whatnot for the new account details. I have been checking each account as they're bought and sending out a new account to paypal e-mail addresses for issues with this particular grab bag as we were defrauded several days ago and the bag was affected. It could be possible you bought the account while I was asleep and that's why you didn't receive an e-mail, so just give me some confirmation as mentioned earlier in my past and we'll get you fixed up.
 
i sent you a pm, the account is level 1 can provide with screenshots or login info if needed, was never able to go ingame with the acc ever. bought it 5 hours ago, sent pm 30 min after i bought it.
 
Two of you were e-mailed new information upon order. We had an issue with the 29-32 bag and we don't know which one it is until we're able to test it (since it's basically in a pool), please check your e-mail for login details from me.

The third however seems to have been logged in, named, and toyed with, I'm not sure I can provide a warranty that long after. We were providing warranties for up to a week for a while, but we were getting so many people changing the password and claiming they couldn't get in, it was banned, but refused to let us see the account so here we are.

Please note that the account is delivered to your paypal e-mail addrss for security, and due to the old name of this website, it may be in your spam folder.

Also for future reference please message me before leaving a note about any issues on accounts. Most people don't edit or even look back at their posts after talking to me and it just seems like nothing was ever done killing the confidence of future buyers.

Just replied, a previous account was charged back on us and the site put it back in stock for whatever reason? Basically, it was stolen. I used the one you bought to replace it and took it off stock but it seems you were mid purchase when that happened. I am looking through our backups for a suitable replacement at the moment.

i swear we need to write an FAQ for this stuff.

I'm sorry to go off on a bit of a tangent here, but this is exactly the type of customer I hate. This guy was literally seconds away from seeing that his account was not level one, by going through the tutorial, giving himself an appearance, naming, and choosing a starter. but instead, here I am, being called a scammer, having to look at permanent negative feedback on my autobuy page because instead of taking a few minutes to verify his purchase, within seconds of his purchase he decided that clearly a hundred other people are wrong, this is something I am unique to, and I demand justice, without actually doing any investigation.

Oh and then I go to check out the account because who wouldn't? If it's really level one, WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE THE PASSWORD?

I'm not sure if this is the best way to reach you or the query so I'll copy paste this message over there as well. The account is now 32, if you'd like to continue it to 32.5 or have it sniped for a bit or w/e I'll need you to transfer some pokemon out. Since this is a customer account we turn most transfers off for your safety, our transfer system usually transfers through IV, and we wouldn't want any of our customers pokemon being transferred because they powered up a 3k 5% dragonite for whatever reason, just for example. So what I'll need you to do is hop on the account when you have some free time, transfer out all the common/uncommons you can, make at least 10-25 spots so I can continue. Thanks.

The password has reverted, the first thing I did was to change the password as shown in all the other guides. Anyway you can login for yourself to see. I don't accuse people for no reason, I've sent you the screenshots on Skype to prove that it is indeed sold by you, and that the account is level 1. Is it possible that the account has been wiped by Niantic?

I am also a customer, and submitted a problem and got a very quick response back. Problem isn't fixed yet.

I bought a 32.5 listed here and that isn't what I got, far from it. I contacted seller, he responded very quickly (great), he said he would make it right overnight, he hasn't still. I lost a day of gym runs with friends because he didn't fix yet so jury is still out on this seller.

I DO believe he will make it right and will update here when/if he does. If that makes me suspicious I don't get it.

I am almost certain he will fix it, he had time to list 15 more things for sale this morning, just hasn't gotten back to me yet.

I'm the one you talked to, it was a simple case of false advertising, it was like 4am so who knows if I even had a level 32.5.. lol, someone might be real happy with their purchase,or I might have copied the template from another account and just forgot to change it. We spend a lot of time on the sales and bots and there's no way we'd be able to do it on our own so when we crash we crash hard lol. At current rate it should be done in 12-14 hours and I can throw it up on the sniper after.

In my case I needed the 32.5 account, where I live there are lots of 32, 33, 34, 35's and the difference between 1M stardust on the one I bought and 622k is a huge difference :)

I will stay off of using it until tomorrow night to leave plenty of time.
