Bought four separate boosts from these guys. One from Plat V to IV, one from Plat IV to II, one from Plat I to Diamond V, and one from Diamond V to IV.
They assured the safety of my account and the timely boost of my account as well, which I expected them to use a VPN service like other boosters do (Elo Kings) for example.
The first boost and last boost went smooth, however the second and third did not. This is where I suspect Riot to be suspicious of ELO Boosting occurring on my account.
During my boost from Plat IV to III, the original booster could not finish the boost because he would win a game and lose a game, which caused him to switch boosters (one from a different location). This happened again during my Plat I to Diamond V boost. The booster only finished up to ~50ish points and could not finish the boost because he kept losing, so he swapped boosters again.

And he has since then ceased to respond to me.
1. They assigned a total of at least three different boosters on my account, one from Canada, one from California, and another one from somewhere else I don't even know. A total of three different IPs on my account in a short time frame.
2. It took them nearly a week to boost me from Plat I to Diamond V
3. I just lost over $400 getting my account boosted and they're not helping me in any way at all (providing information that could help me in getting my account back, as in if they used VPNs, the general locations of the boosters (city wise), etc.
4. He is now ignoring me.
5. I was more than patient with their slow services on some of the boosts that I ordered and tried to be as understanding as possible.
Their ToS states, "By ordering our services, you agree that you have read and understand our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). You also agree that you are aware of the risks and implications of account boosting.
However, we will take the appropriate countermeasures to avoid such incidences as much as possible and treat your account with the utmost respect. If you have any additional questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us."
I feel as if though they aren't honoring that portion of their ToS.
And for future reference, Riot has been doing a huge sweep of ELO Boosting accounts so be careful. A riot employee posted that their first wave of bans went out two days ago (when mine was banned).
