Hi i like to talk in discord.. you can change the password for me to a simple one.. because i tried sooo many times even the email . Both password inccorect... but for you when you try again, all worked well for you.. im not sure why i cannot login.n i tried thru pc mobile phone etc.. same issue.. i want you to know that if you can login succesfully can you change a simple password for me... and then i log in and i will change to a new password later
 
So can you change the password.. why cant you change the password for me since you can log in well.. change the password for me and then when i log in.. i will change to a new password.. now the password is like ZK2VGT3jfsd for example
 
I paid and first try cant login password inccorect and you dont want to change the password.. all you said is you are able to connect but no proof that you are able to connect...

I have previously provided an explanation of the events that have taken place. As previously communicated, a working login ID and password were provided. Unfortunately, they ceased to function shortly thereafter. It has been brought to my attention that a scam dispute has been made. From my perspective, this situation appears to resemble a potential scam attempt. I understand that further discussion may not be productive and I kindly request that we wait for a response from an administrator to further investigate this matter.
 
you explained everything nicely but you can't show the proof to me that you are able to connect.. all i ask is since you are able to connect why don't you change the twitch password and the email password that connects to it, since both are the same password and both have the same issue 'password not correct' i don't see any problem on that.. if i gave this account away to admin, what happen if they couldn't connect?
 
I understand that this warning on my profile may have been necessary in the context of the dispute, however, it is now negatively impacting my business. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving scam dispute so that the warning can be removed.

Please recover the account and provide the working details to the buyer. If you fail to do so you must issue full refund as per forum rules.


This message doesn't mean it was solved, buyer clearly stated they weren't able to log in to the account.

The warning will remain until the dispute is solved.
 
i can provide the account details to admin middleman etc so that they can verified if it is able to log in.. by the way its a twitch account.. if i mistakenly copy the wrong password to twitch why does the email says the same problem too?

It clearly looks like a recalled account from what you're saying. We are waiting for the seller's response. You do not need to do anything right now.

I didnt recall it he changed the password after delivery
You cant recall twitch affiliate accounts like these.
Why do you assume I recalled his 14$ transaction on a store I have 1000s of sales on?
He changed the ID/PSW after delivery, I checked that they worked before delivery
This is some doube standard bs I dont need to scam 14$ am i ****ing broke?
Join the discord server not one user in literally 1000s of sales reported a thing, I personally check each account before delivery and It factually worked
How can I recall it in less than 24hours after a sale? DO I have priority line or something?

this is genuinely offesive and absurd, some random accuses you and you bias the garbage scam report with 0 proofs, only because I have a lot feedbacks to look impartial.

Rather tell me to gift him 14$ and I will but I did not scam him, he changed the details after the dispute.
If needed I will give this scammer 14$ but get your facts straight cause you didnt read anything on the dispute and your verdict is non-sense and abusrd, i didnt recall anything it worked i checked before delivering.

Dont claim I "recalled" an account owrth 14$ ive nevere scammed anyone in my life, i got scammed many times, ill take the 14$ loss and thats it.
 
I dont need the 14$ i want to know why cant you change the password since its working for you... i dont want other have the same issue.. plus your website is down . You can pay but the item is not received..

I just want a simple explanation why cant you change the password.. since the first message i couldnt connect the account both email and twitch

That's much better. Or you can try recovering the account and email and give it to the buyer. This is also a solution.

Firstly, i cant find any ITALY user in discord. and secondly, if someone didnt gave me ur discord with other username.. i would lose my money for free.. even thou you said your website has bug ..it is just a stumble on discord chat that you gave me your website for selling, and it matched exactly the site that i bought the account.. you gave me the id and password with token and email.. i ask you to change the email and id password.. but you keep dodging.. you couldt gave wrong password at first place ,So the reverse psychology at buyers fault.
This is my story.. i have no hatred againts the seller nor wanted a refund.. i just want him to change the password since he is able to log in.. i ask him twice to change the password and he said he was able to connect it.. not 1 confirmation but 2 confirmation he was able to connect it.

Opened a separate thread to understand he'll get 14$ free + keep the account, karma will come.
AS always I will comply with the decision, even though I beleve you did not act impartial because you did not ask for proofs and Im getting straight up scammed here.
But its ok I'll refund him because I cant recover the account even though I know he has access to it

Ok simple and clear if you could login , show it here that it is working..
Because when i ask first i couldnt login you said you are able to login.. and then i try again after few hours i ask you again if you could login.. you said yes i just try it.. and you said the mistake is on me that the copy paste is wrong..
Why did you said to me that i change the password and ask for refund.. it is clear i ask for your help second time and you said you are able to connect it with no problem.. the 2ND time..
 
Since Trade Guardian was not used, we do not investigate the dispute.

scoldkk you can give the seller negative feedback. Once the issue is resolved, we can change it to neutral.
