My process would be to invite the prospective buyer to the Free Company. A couple of days before the 30th day, the buyer makes the bank transfer. Once that's cleared, FC master rank is assigned to the person and my alt leaves the Free Company.
If that sounds good, get in touch. I am open to hearing more about Trade Guardian but it looks like a complex thing for quite a straightforward deal.
