[NA] WoWS Account with a Few Tier X

I'm looking to buy a WOWS NA account. Below are my interests for the account. Please message me with any comments / suggestions / offers. Thanks!
I'd prefer an account that doesn't have a huge amount of TXs and premiums since I'm not looking to pay thousands of dollars.

Must Have:
- German and/or Russian TX BBs (e.g. G. Kurfürst, Kremlin)
- (NA) North American account. (I might make exceptions for EU accounts if its what I'm looking for)

Nice to Have, But Not Necessary: (I will prioritize the accounts that has these over others).
-Other TX BBs (e.g. Montana and/or Yamato)
-Higher tier cruisers
-Good amount Free XP
-Maybe one or a few premium ships

Do Not Need:
- Good stats.
- In-game resources

I have conqueror, republique, yamato, krem, mino, des moines, Worcester, Hindenburg(resetted), henry IV, thunderer

I have 18 premiums - special ones are azuma, jean bart, al Montpelier, al yukikaze

since it is steam version and it will come with the whole account including rainbow six siege, dark soul 3, pubg, gtav, mordhau, and csgo
