As the title said, I'm looking to buy an account that must have:

1. Original Missouri (Tier IX)
2. Seller who will sell/give up/provide/let go of the first email/original email that created this WoWS account
3. Proof of purchasing or spending for this WoWS account

Those 3 criterias above are non-negotiable.
