Describe the problem:

i bought advanced features account youtube , on 12 july 2023 everything was fine , then after some days advanced features shows non-eligible ,
on 18th july i asked the seller to re-verfiy it he tells me " i cannot refund , its been 24hours " which is pure scam now i have account with 0$ value .
Either he should refund or re-verify it , admin pls check
