There is a directory inside your wow installation called the WTF folder.
C:\wow\WTF\Account
If you go to this location, you will find that it every account that you have ever logged into is listed. This is just regular gaming information. I do now know if Warden checks this directory or not, but to be on the safe side, I clean it out before logging into any customer account. (They could start checking the WTF folder at any time and if they do.... that's going to be one big banwave. And you'll know how to stay one step ahead.)
