Ok first to say Blizzard is doing things a little differnt these days . So i will make this short > If u trade or buy an account the Owner must fill out the Account-Recovery.pdf. , you can get from http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/WoW/other/ . You will also need a photo copy of the sellers or traders ID or Birth Cert .
If you follow these steps with boneshammy's guide You will be very safe .
