This happened on discord. Yoojin admitted to not wanting to tell their customers that their reroll accs had hacked abyss in it because “sales were going well”. I am more than willing to provide the whole screen recording of our dms from both here and discord. they are wanting to file a lawsuit on me for “cyber trolling” but clearly they aren’t educated enough to understand that there is no such thing i can get a lawsuit filed for. maybe try defamation? still wouldn’t work because i have such clear hard evidence against them that it’ll result in them losing money. also they’re selling fraudulent products haha so it wouldn’t go well for them at all . bottom line is they are reported on KSF and have been banned from all discord trading servers

I know EpicNPC does not deal with discord problems anymore but I would like to state my side of the story
Headmods already stated I should ignore this kind of behavior but it can not be ignored if he continues to do this type of actions
Can show how all of this started with him being racist assuming I was white and calling me such while also getting triggered that I am using the name Yoojin while not being Korean. Have given him plenty of warning to stop talking to me but his alter ego refuse to. Nothing he has said has made any sense thus far. I did indeed go talk to my bank this morning about some tax record I may have to pay for this year and did ask about the situation at hand. I was told if warrants were issued, I can claim up to $3,000 provided by the bank for the lawsuit regarding most if not all of the following: Cyber harassment/stalking, defamation of character, business torts (misdemeanor if I want to state I am making less than $1000 per month on and felony if over $1000), and finally if I want to be "American" as he stated, I can add emotional distress to the list.
For reference, KSF is a scammer file on discord genshin market where people are reported for scamming. I am selling reroll accounts like any other seller and any buyer should know reroll accounts have hacked abyss, if they do not, I have also stated I will tell them when asked, but this guy here put words into my mouth stating on the report I refused to tell people when I clearly stated will be told if asked. Again, he also stated he will show all the conversation we had but he left out the important parts of him throwing racial comments without even knowing what race I was (though it does not matter as it was racist to began with) and I only responded with any stereotypical Asian response as I am, in fact, Asian.

Kid was screaming Korea no.1 and calling me a koreaboo and you can see in order, he started with the derogative comments on how I make "his people" look bad and telling me to get rid of the name when I don't see any law saying I'm not allowed to so there's that. Then of course following that calling me stuff such as " byproduct of american r***** and bts follower w an ego" when it's all first and forest assumptions for as I clearly stated, I am not American and then calling me "white asf" assuming I was white. So yeah this is the whole context for the conversation that was had leading to the reports. Would appreciate if the mods can do something about this as it is very disturbing with the stalking and time consumption of explaining the situation.

Dispute and Feedback Dispute Changes
Epicnpc will no longer review disputes if one of these three Trade Guardian options is not used. There will be 2 types of disputes that can be opened.

1. Trade Guardian dispute - If TG was used, we will fully investigate as normal.
2. Scam Review - If TG was not used, only an account review will be conducted on the accused's account. We will check if they're a known scammer, previously banned member or have been accused of scams on other sites. They will then either be banned or not. An investigation into the dispute will not be conducted.
