I have solid proof that XXsmokeXX is a repeated scam artist.
He seems to prey on knowledgeable people, promising to give them an epiced account in return for money via Western union.

If you notice the format style of posts looks, identical to a few other banned users. An obvious trait from a repeat scammer who has a set method that he likes to use.
