Describe how you were scammed: As I had more feedbacks, he sent the money first, I proceeded to trade him the Dota 2 Steam Gift, we traded feedbacks.
Other details / notes: Frankly, I don't really care since its only $10. But I don't want to see others getting scammed by him or letting a scammer get off scotfree. It seems that he may have removed me off Steam. He isn't appearing on my friendslist anymore. I'm not sure how steam works though, don't really use it that often. I've confronted him on Steam and he denied recalling the money. Next thing I knew, he wasn't on my friends list anymore.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? Sort of.. saw that he was a member for a long period of time. Figured it was only a $10 transaction, decided to give him a chance even though he had no rep.
Have you traded with this person before? No
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? I've lost count, but , a lot.

I'd like to say that if there aren't any other possible factors that could vindicate him, please go ahead and ban him. $10 is nothing to me and if it is the cost to prevent him from 'paying' me back then allowing him the chance to scam someone else, I'd gladly take the loss. Once a scammer, always a scammer to me. Better that I lose $10 now than someone else lose perhaps thousands of $ in the future.

I honestly can't find any other valid explanation that he'd remove me from Steam and I'm guessing, blocking me as well since it doesn't allow me to add him. He is also clearly aware of the payment being recalled since I actually spoke to him over Steam before the removal and nothing has been done yet. If there is a way I could get Steam chatlogs, I could post it here.
