The story is 100% complete for all of these 3 characters.
This account allows you to quickly jump into the end-game activities such as Nightfalls and Raids with 3 level 20 characters while skipping the drawn-out campaign. The only thing that has been completed on each character is the story missions (and some public events). Every other activity is available to you. The characters are all male Exo.
Each character comes with an exotic gun, an exotic armor piece, and at least one exotic engram (6 total exotic items and at least 3 total exotic engrams). There are various other rewards awaiting you at the tower as well.
