Paragon Levelling FAQ
- Can you play when I sleep/work/study only?
YES! We offer awesome support and will work on grinding your paragon whilst you cannot play.
- How do you paragon level?
We farm high level greater rifts, and leave all the good ancient legendaries for you.
- I would like 850-1200, can you quote for this?
Absolutely! We do custom quotes and they are very cheap if you have geared characters!

So sorry to hear of your bad experiences.

We are aware that out of all our orders sometimes not everything goes smooth although rare we do sincerely apologise for this.

Be aware, I posted on last page after ordering a custom, but very large Grift package. The communication was great at the start but deteriorated as the process went on.

progress was also, on average, on the slower end of things. I constantly had to nag them and ask about updates. Took them at least a day to respond because "they were so backed up with orders." They clearly had more orders than they could work on realistically at one time.

I ordered a grift 55 package and could barely clear 50s and every piece was already rerolled, and rerolled poorly.

I also had had reports from guild mates who said my account was logged in 24/7 over the duration of the 2+ weeks they had my account. Based on all of the random items saved in the bags that had nothing to do with monk and that were trash for every other class, it seems like stuff was botted. Not only could my character run g55, the promised act materials weren't collected, the exp level was way below what I was promised, etc etc.

ultimately, I won't be ordering again. Poor overall communication, poor delivery on stated promises, time frame was not hit, and I'm fairly confident that the process was done via a bot which is a big no-no.

Its been over 3 weeks. when the promised delivery time was 10 days for the barb and a few more days for the WD.
NO PROGRESS AT ALL was made on the WD.
The barb can barely clear gr 51 when it was promised to be 60 ready.

Trying to get a refund at least most of what I paid. But no reply yet.

Banned - Veiled Mod threats
It has been almost 3 weeks(order/started september 18th)
a little progress was made on the Barb, now all I can see is they get a few paragon levels every day.
Still absolutely 0 progress made on the Witch doctor (it was promised to be gr 55 ready)
Barb was promised gr60+ ready.
Expected time for the barb was 10 days and a few extra days for the wd..
Messaged 22h ago about the progress, no reply...
Getting really impatient.

I used them alot during s2 and s3 and they ended up never completing orders for me.
Been promised to grind out lvl's in season for me but they haven't replied to me in ages.

bumping. Got a custom gr60+alt gr55 order.
Main character has been coming a long nicely, alt has yet to be progressed but not to worry.
Was given10 or so days for the gr60+ character and a few more days for the other. So roughly 2-2.5 weeks, currently 10 days in :)
 
UNBELIEVABLE New patch. Never had this much fun! Add us guys and we'll give you some UNTHINNKABLE value for YOUR diablo 3 characters!
 
Ordered a slightly custom but large package last night. GR55/60 with a bunch of other goodies. Given a 10 day time frame

Communication has been solid so far.

Will update with more information as it becomes available.
 
Banned - illegal activity
Ordered a S4 package: GR 55/60 last night. Will update on how it goes, although no progress yet, which I assume has to do with how busy they are. I have been in contact with them since season 1, but this is my first purchase with them.

having them do a service for me, was at first impressed with the service at first then stopped getting replies.
 
24 hours later, character has increase 19 paragon levels..this is awesome..
 
Just paid for their Greater Rift pack service, cant wait for the progress updates and looking forward to it being finish.

Seem to be a lot of promises and good service, but i've been trying to purchase from them for a while now, extremely slow response and barely any interest in me buying their services. right now i'm considering other services but waiting to test their service. so far i would say 7/10 for poor customer service.
 
If any of you guys consedering use SierraD3 service you should not wait and just do it, so much professionalism involved can blow your mind right away, secure fast what you want more ? 11/10 !!
