it has a lvl 80 Male Troll Hunter will full hateful/deadly PvP gear , and full epic PvE gear mostly Naxx25
he is on a PVP server

and
426 engineering
has the Brutal Dedicated Tabard , that you get for winning 300 arena matches
I have over 60 valor badges
and I have a lvl 17 mage with the BoA staff on the same server
