Recall Protection and Refunds
Please make sure to have all your concerns answered before buying, as refunds cannot be provided once the sale is completed unless the account has been proven to have been recalled out of the buyer's hands.
All accounts have the possibility of being retrieved, recalled, or recovered in general, mainly from OG, the first owner, or anyone who has access to the account's recovery information. Even if you bought it from a trusted seller, it wouldn't make a difference.
In instances of account recall, refunds will be provided, but only if sufficient proof is given. As a legitimate seller, I am happy to provide these methods below to ensure the buyer's safety and peace of mind with a guaranteed refund.
Option 1 - You let my email stay bound to your account, having full access alone, I will still be providing you with new device codes for your devices.
> Advantages: A refund is 100% guaranteed if the account gets recalled, since my email will get unlinked once the account has been recalled.
< Disadvantages: You are required to request new device codes from me for each new device.
Note: If you'd like to change your password, please let me know, and I will try to change it for you.
Option 2 - You let me link my Twitter or any 3rd party links to your account. If the original owner decides to remove the 3rd party link in the attempt of recall, I won't be able to login to the account anymore using my bound 3rd party link, which proves the account was recalled.
> Advantages: You are free to change your email and password anytime, as well as request new device codes on your email for new device access with a high chance of refund, as the OG owner will most likely remove the 3rd party link if they decide to recall the account.
< Disadvantages: The original owner may choose not to remove the link in the process of recall, so a refund is not guaranteed if the link stays.
Additional Option - Contact hoyoverse support and fill 2-4 forms wrongly to disable account recovery for 90 days, you can do this every 90 days to disable the account from getting recalled.
These methods are optional and not required but recommended for the purpose of a guaranteed or higher chance of refund when the account is recalled, because they will be the only way to tell that the account was recalled from both the buyer's and seller's sides. By not using any options, you agree to provide heavy proof when the account gets recalled on your own. Please note that refunds will only be the full account's value, not including fees. You will receive a $300 refund if you paid $300 for the account and $25 for fees (only account value is refunded - middleman fees, top-ups you made are not included), as an example.
Resell and Recovery Information Handover Conditions
If you were to resell the account you bought from me, you must pull out of protection, as I'll have to give away my email or unlink my 3rd party link.
Same goes for if you want me to hand over the recovery information to you in the account you are purchasing. I cannot provide a refund in any way and offer protection if you wish me to hand it over because you can use it to recall the account yourself to your advantage (This method only works if I have the recovery information for the specific account). By reselling or requesting that I hand over recovery information, you agree to the conditions above.
