I have a lvl 85 hunter on Elendilmir and a 85 burg on Meneldor. Also a r5 defiler on Elendilmir. Hunter and burg both preety geared both have 1st age weapons and maxed legacies. Virtues aleast lvl 10 and higher ( need a bit of work but not to hard to fix up). Have 85 moors and pve gear for both ( note burg is missing 2 pieces of erebor set again easy to get take a day or 2 ). I would love to trade this account for a geard out RK or mini. Let me know what u have and we can come to some arrangment.
