So I am too young to have a credit card. I went to the store and paid my 28.95 for a visa pre-paid credit card with 25$ on the card. I get home and I try it.
Blizzard does this thing where it holds a charge on your card for 1$ until you complete the x-fer or you cancel it.
There is no way to by pass it
It does not fully charge your card but its just a pending transaction
That brings me down to 24$
I cannot x-fer
I am looking for someone WITH REPUTATION to transfer my character for this Visa Pre-Paid credit card with 25 dollars on it.

I could also do like honor leveling or something of that sort if you'd like me to.
