What I'm looking for is only similar geared characters, if you have any PvE gear that is fine but I'm looking for strictly PvP geared characters with their x-fers up, have some markee rep/history yourself.
What I do not want: Paladins, Warlocks, Warriors
Everything else is fair game though I must emphasize that I'm looking for similar geared chars so full s3ish is a must
