For normal mode? Yeah. It is. Mastery's damage was increased to like 30% ish so when mirror does proc and 75% of the time you'll be in an eclipse, you'll be doing more damage. And Heart of Igancious, is ****ing incredible. Anyways, back on topic. Thanks for the free bump.
