Pally has epic flying (Time-Lost Proto-Drake)
2k gold
Bunch of cool mounts
Druid and Shaman both have dual-spec for Resto/Elemental, Resto/Feral. Pally has gold for it but I never liked ret and protection specs.
Pally server has heirloom cloth items/staff

Human warlock is a huge PLUS!
Please be equally or better geared if you're only offering one character for the three.
