I have a RIFT Collectors Edition account that I have no desire to play anymore. It has a level 50 rogue on, has done T1's, can do T2's. He is maxed outfitting, and knows how to craft epic shoulders. The butchering/foraging are both sitting around 275ish (estimated), which is good enough to butcher/forage most anything. The rogue also has around 125-130 Platinum (again, just an estimate).
