I have a female human priest with <span style="font-weight: bold">446 resilience</span> and <span style="font-weight: bold">1600+ healing</span>. Right under <span style="font-weight: bold">13k HP</span> with self buffs (MoTW, BoK puts it well over). It's on a PvE realm with XFER up and several < 70 alts on the account.
