pve gear is listed also has full pvp gear a 3 pc deadly 2 pc hateful, full deadly off peices + titan forged haste off peices ( haste is extremely important for frost pvp ) also has titan forged haste head / chest / bracers (ilvl226) / ring (ilvl226) --- all gear is 100% epic gems and the best enchants available

last patchwerk ( gotten a couple upgrades since then) i did 6.7k dps, and it wasnt the "proper" raid composition, no ele shaman totems.
