Yeah, pick up the blue dragon scales and keep doing it till you have 15 worth, idk how well it works, but some guy on a different forum told me about it

Heres an Xfer method, idk how well it works, But pick up blue scaled at the blue drags in the Taverly dungeon and trade the Scales, should be easy to bot it, dunno how well tho. Dunno if thats what you mean by Xfer method, but theres a free one, unless you feel like giving me something for it, but idc
