Update: Got Guardian boots, have like 600ish AP, and 773 gold, got a new OH, still have merciless one, and... my arena rating is now 1755 in 2s.

My resil has dropped due to using some pve gear, but it goes well over 400 if you put on vindis/pvp weaps.
