Level 70 Blood Elf Paladin.
Server: Al'Akir.

That is the best character, transfer up, epic flying (nether ray), a lot of good stuff in bank, a good character all-in all. Also most of the gear is T6 and the paladin is WANTED by most guilds
. I also have a full S3 arena set for this character! \:\) And I have 60k honor and 3k arena points.
Note that these are already placed in very good servers, so a move wouldnt be required.
To take an example, Al'Akir is one of the best PvP servers out there, with high rated guilds and top PvP teams.
