I have a 70 undead rogue that I've been playing off and on for 2+ years. He's ready for transfer and has:

217 hit rating, 1486 AP, 8174 hp unbuffed.

Epics include:
- Deathblow X11 Goggles
- Bloodknight War Cloak
- Swiftstrike Bracers (BT Crafted Bracers!)
- Netherblade Gloves (T4 Gloves)
- Belt of Deep Shadow
- Nyn'jah's Tabi Boots
- Violet Signet
- Eye of the Stalker
- Big Bad Wolf's Paw (MH Fist Weapon)
- Gladiator's Quickblade (OH Sword)
- Steelhawk Crossbow

Other slots are filled w/ the best blues for PvE. This is a very respectably geared rogue. My bags are all 16 slot bags. Have regular flying mount (plus you can craft Engineering mount!), 3 epic riding mounts (Horse, Frostwolf, and Raptor). Currently have 11 Badges of Justice in bag.

I'm looking for a 70 Blood Elf (male or female doesn't matter) priest that is comparably geared. Don't have to be decked, just some epics so I can get in groups. Also looking for 70 undead warrior.
