Kara/Gruul geared Boomkin, about 1k spell damage, also has a resto set w/ about 1550 +heals, 330 resil in PvP healing gear.
I am the OO and exspect you to be aswell.

Paladin (horde PvP Server): Good Retribution Pvp gear at least 3/5 s3 w/ s3 weapon.
Hunter (horde PvP server): Good Pvp gear at least 3/5 s3 with s3 ranged weapon.
Epic flyer is a HUGE plus.
Egineering is a HUGE plus.
Enchanting is a HUGE plus.
Good PvE gear is a plus.
Having badges is a plus.
