WTT [H] 70 Druid and 70 Warlock Both Full Epics Same Account

I am the OO of the account, both characters are on a PVP SERVER WITH XFER UP, LOOKING FOR PVP SERVER [H] WITH XFER UP ONLY, here is a little more info about both characters.

Warlock:

PVE Gear

3/5 T5 - S2 MH - Badge Loots etc...
Stats for PvE in Destro gear: 24% crit(without talents) , 198 spell hit, 1200 spell dmg
Stats for PvE Affliction are max hit, 20% Crit, and about 1280 spell dmg.

PvP Gear

2 S3 , 2 S2, 1 S1(just need like 200 points to replace) , fill vindicators etc...

Druid:

Just hit 70 on this guy a couple weeks ago have a full epic PvE Tanking set has about 17k hp unbuffed(bear), using earthwarden etc...have some pretty good cat gear( 2700 AP, 32% crit)

I am looking for PVP geared Warriors > Rogues > Mages in that order of priority. Since both of these toons are on the same account I would like exceptional gear to be on your 1 character such as 4/5 S3 and S3 Weap(If you are close we can probably work something out).
