Epic Flying + Dual Spec Is Not Optional.
PvP Gear > PvE Gear
Horde > Alliance
Similar GS (Can be +/-)
If you have any of the following then the above can be made flexible:
Horde on Vindication Battlegroup:+++++++
Alliance on Ruin Battlegroup :+++++++
Having a mechano-hog :+++++++

Class Preferences:

Druid : +++++++

If you have the things above class preferences (hog, A on Ruin, or H on Vind.) then classes can be made a bit more flexible.
