I'm not sure about his legitimacy...

His thread wasn't very helpful, but he was able to provide an in-game which is good. He will not let you on his account to give you proof that he owns it and will not send you a blank account, so he will waste your time. Not to say hes a scammer, but with his registration date(today) and his post I would say to watch out. If he's not a scammer, I would say a very bad trader. But I am leaning towards scammer.
