They come with some costumes and cosmetics and they all have pretty good names, none with numbers or punctuation etc. The Elin Reaper comes with an exclusive weapon skin that only four other people on the entire server have which I got from being one of the first five to reach level 60. There's about 20-30k in gold and more in cosmetics I bought to sell later. Many hours have been poured into this account and it has a totally clean history but I've just moved on to other games (like warframe!).
