(but already has full relentless offset so...what is there to buy..?)

I am looking for a PVP GEARED ROGUE that is IT, PvE if second.
PVP rogue+++++++++++
(atleast 3/5 Main pieces have to be relentless as well as off set)
PvE rogue+++++ yeah ....real goal is PvP so, be geared to make up for it.
