hey man i have an 80 drenei death knight on a pvp server with fully epiced tanking gear,fully enchanted with a duel spec in frost and blood, in his tanking gear he has 27k health unbuffed, 26 dodge 19 parry, and can easily tank 25 nax and H toc and further. 2k gold is on him right now he has his cold weather flying but not epic, he also has a decent set of pvp gear with 2 of the honour bought peices.
also on the account is a 63 mage with all the boa gear so he can be easily lvled
