Lokking for a shaman does not have to be geared at all:
Has to be lvl 80 and alliance. Has to have epic flyer. The warrior has 2 LV 20+ toons and a lvl 30+ toon. Just tired of my warrior and really enjoyed playing a shaman willing to downgrade alot but has to be a shaman! Shaman can even be full greens.
