Must have:
Topaz and Blade with LC + FX (No LC is fine) (Luocha could work too but pref FX) TL 60 and up
Nice to haves:
Clara w/ or w/o LC, JY w/ or w/o LC, SW, SW Event LC, Luocha AND FX (one or the other at least is a must)
Pref (not must):
Asia Serv / FMC / Built chars or lots of fuel or both
