I sold my 70 Orc DPS Warrior to her, with all account info, for £145.

I recieved the payment, made sure she was happy. Next day she puts in a Paypal dispute, and got refunded her money because obviously theres no way I can prove that I gave her the account as Paypal ask for the Mail-Order Number etc.
