I have a level 80 Deathknight and a lvl 68 paladin (with leveling shoulders)both horde
Deathknight: Geared all epic, all gear is 213-226 and only 1 or 2 200 lvl gear, he has epic flying mount and revered with netherwing.

Paladin: lvl 68 with flying mount and leveling shoulders
