He has 531 Defense unbuffed and at 77 he will be about capped to 540 - for heroics.
He has 1200gold, a raiding guild, flyer, 400+ mining and blacksmithing, and around 20k armor and around 17k hp unbuffed. He has 2 levels of rest and is very close to 77.
