To start, the reason for my wishing to trade is based on the fact my carebear Alliance loving friends quit the game this week. I am still very much wishing to play, but I figure now is the time to switch to Horde before I get more gear/more involved with my guild.
Basically I just want to get basically the same toon I play now but on the other faction, with my Rogue and Warlock as a way to sweeten the deal (but I will look at any offers). I do very much still wish to play a DPS DK so please limit offers to that class.
The Rogue is nothing special (Eng. goggles, 4/5 Hateful, Furious offpieces), and the Warlock dinged 80 and hasn't been touched since.

I can provide Armory of each toon upon request.
Lastly, it should be worth mentioning that I am in a guild that clears Ulduar 25, so if you wish to stay in that guild you can. I am 4th in DKP and #1 among melee plate wearers (Priests are DKP whores, QQ). If a trade is in the works I can bid on any item that you wish (should it drop) in Ulduar 25 on Sunday. Also doing 3d Sarth every week for the mount (same 10 people every week, open rolls, worst case scenario you wait 2 days and 5 weeks for the mount).
