Trading my UD rogue for a comparable LOTRO EU account, your character must be male but classes don't really matter, however these are preferable:
Guardian
Burglar
Champion
Minstrel
Runemaster (typo probably)
Race doesn't matter either, anyway you must be the original owner or have the information required for a smooth account ownership transfer, like cd-keys/id you know the norm.

He has no PVP gear but that's not hard to get nowadays, just farm the badges for em. I've got around 800g or so, with epic flying.
