He has a mixture of level 70 epics and level 80 blues and epics. His level 80 epics are: Spiked titansteel helm, Badge neck, and a crossbow from a heroic. Everything else is either t6 or a level 80 blue from a heroic.
As you can see from the screenshot he has some decent stats and is ready to start heroics (3115 attack power, 326 hit rating, and 30.14% crit). He also has around 800g and in his bags are level 80 tanking blues. He is still under the defense cap but once you get his cape enchanted with defense and get the BC head and shoulder enchants he will be ready to tank level 80 raids. His Professions are 425 Blacksmithing and 418 enchanting. He is exalted with the knights of the ebon blade and has 27 heroic badges and 2 raid badges.
His mounts are the black war bear (from killing alliance city leaders), a talbuk, and the cenarion hippogryph. And he has 1910 achievement points.
As far as PVP goes he has the s5 gloves from the WG raid, and is at 18300 honor with 15 av marks, 41 ab marks, and 79 wsg marks.
