70+ (preferably as close to 70 as possible)
T6+ quality gear. s4 is a maybe. (T5 is possibility, however do not offer Full, kara/T4 toons.)

60+ (preferably lower then 65)
T1/2+ FULL EPICS! (one or two blues.. maybe three is ok, depending on the rest of your gear)
