i will take a 72 or higher thief..

level 80 mesmer with a full rare MF set. He has 400 Jeweler and 400 cooking, and a TON of crafting mats in the bank as well as a TON of boosters, and other items. 31k karma, nothing to mention gold wise, but you can easily change that with some crafting.

i was in a low area so it says effective lvl 11. but u can see above its 80.
